Participants are responsible for arranging their accommodation. The 4* Elisabeth Boutique Hotel, located in the city center with direct metro connection to the University of Macedonia, offers the following special discount rates for participants:
- 15% discount on the prices listed on the hotel’s website for the period July 12–18, 2026, or
- A special fixed rate of €80 per night plus €10 accommodation tax, provided that participants confirm their stay at least two months in advance and proceed with 100% prepayment once their travel plans are fully confirmed.
